9/12/10: Fall Basketball Clinic Starts, every Sunday for 4 weeks at Ackerman Middle School -For 5th-8th grade Traveling players -Drop-in style event, no fee although donations appreciated (Donations accepted online when registering for the season) 4:00-5:00pm for 5th & 6th grade boys & girls 5:15-6:15pm for 7th & 8th grade boys & girls

Girls Fall Clinic option (not affiliated with Canby Jr Basketball) Hoop Vision will be running a training clinic at Baker Prairie, 9/13/10-10/27/10, 6-8pm. Please visit www.HoopVisionBasketball.com. We have NEW uniforms this season for our Traveling players! All traveling players will be prompted during the online registration process to purchase a new uniform. Even if you have a uniform from previous seasons, you will need to purchase a new one. The full price is $53.25. -5th graders uniform fee: $53.00 -6th graders uniform fee: $25.00 (discounted because 6th graders just purchased new uniforms last year and only got 1-year of use out of them) -7th graders uniform fee: $53.00 -8th graders uniform fee: $25.00 (discounted because they will only get one season's use out of these new uniforms)

Payment Policy Payment is expected at the time of registration, but we are flexible as noted below: -For Instructional League: Payment deadline is 11/1/2010. Payment in full is preferred at time of registration or payment arrangements with our treasurer Shannon Hoover must be made at the time of registration. If payment is not received by 11/1/2010, the child will not be able to participate. -For In-Town League: Payment deadline is 1/1/2011. Payment in full is preferred at time of registration or payment arrangements with our treasurer Shannon Hoover must be made at the time of registration. If payment is not received by 1/1/2011, the child will not be able to participate. -For Traveling League: Payment deadline is 11/1/2010. Payment in full is preferred at time of registration or payment arrangements with our treasurer Shannon Hoover must be made at the time of registration. If payment is not received by 11/1/2010, the child will not be able to participate.
-Canby Junior Basketball asks that all outstanding fees from the previous season be paid before registration. Current year registrations cannot be accepted until past due balances are paid.
-If a parent or guardian cannot pay fees at the time of registration, options are available: --A payment schedule can be arranged with the Treasurer at the time of registration. The parent or guardian is responsible for making prompt payments as agreed to with the Treasurer. --Scholarships are available upon request at the time of registration. In return, Canby Junior Basketball requests the parent or guardian to fill out a Scholarship Application and agree to be listed on a Volunteer Call List where you may be called by Canby Junior Basketball during the basketball season when volunteer opportunities are available. Scholarship Applications must be completed at the time of registration.

Family Discount: 1st child = full price 2nd child = $25.00 off registration fees 3rd, or more children = additional $50.00 off each child's registration fees
If you have 2 children in our program, you receive a total of $25.00 off If you have 3 children in our program, you receive a total of $75.00 off ($25.00 + $50.00) If you have 4 children in our program, you receive a total of $125.00 off ($25.00 + $50.00 + $50.00)

Scholarship Program: We have limited scholarships available each year. In order to receive scholarship money for your child, you need to submit a Scholarship Application and agree to be listed on a Volunteer Call List where you may be called by Canby Junior Basketball during the basketball season when volunteer opportunities are available. Scholarship Applications must be completed at the time of registration. Contact our treasurer, Shannon Hoover, if interested.
